You both want the same thing. So why does it end up in an argument about whose parenting approach is right?
If one of your greatest sources of strain at home is the way you and your partner parent differently — and how you communicate about that — this workshop is for you.
Different childhoods. Different instincts. Different temperaments. Perhaps one of you sees defiance, another sees overwhelm — and that gap creates strain.
In this session we look at where that gap comes from, ways to communicate constructively, and how to start building a shared approach that actually holds under pressure. It's the kind of consistency you and your child both know what to expect.
You'll leave with practical next steps — not just more information — on how to work better as a team so you can pull together as one and both feel supported instead of second-guessed.
Who it's for?
This will resonate if: You and your partner want the same things but keep clashing over how to respond. One of you leans firm, another leans flexible — and it's becoming a pattern You're navigating different childhoods, cultures, or parenting styles within your family.

You love your child and your partner, but parenting disagreements are becoming a source of strain between you, Your host Joe Ogborn is a certified parent coach and co-founder of Strain Relief for Parents.
