The OFSTED Inspection Handbook

All staff and governors are provided with a bound copy of the Ofsted Handbook for their own reference. We use the Handbook in meetings and briefing, and engage with it dialogicaly to improve our practice. It is important to note that we are proud of our curriculum design and we do not orientate our practice to fit the latest iteration of the Handbook, however, we do appreciate the Ofsted Handbook as a useful tool to assess, evaluate, review and refine our provision to ensure it is as Outstanding as it can be to meet the needs of our learners and our community.  We also value Ofsted inspectors as colleagues as we are all aiming to achieve the same thing to "raise standards and improve lives".
